For those who can't handle spicy food. BEWARE! I had dinner here one night with my sisters and we were in for a surprise. Me, being the weakest spicy intake link of my siblings couldn't quite handle the spicyness, while my other sister who usually eats the spicyest foods out of the three of us, was also having a bit of trouble. The food was good and our waiter was very nice. He refilled my tea a lot (since I needed to save my burning tongue), and checked in on us often. One point, we decided to pick out most of the chili peppers and noticed that it filled an entire plate! I'll definetely be coming back here. Once I've raised my tolerance for spicy food :)

My Chinese friend from school took me here. I have been to fondue places before, but "hot pot" was new to me. I usually don't eat meat, but my friend ordered some. You get a lot of food for your money, but honestly nothing was that great. It was a lot of decent food. After the meal I was definitely full, but not impressed at all. I bet it was not cheap either (I did not pay). I would not go back, but I still had a good time and I am glad I got to check it out.

Avoid this place at all cost!! This place used to be okay. I have had their lunch and AYCE hot pot and everything was fine. But on my latest visit, my impression completely changed for the worse. It was a cold night and my brother and I decided to go for their AYCE hot pot. Once we were seated, I noticed several things that were not quite right:1) Dark and cold interior2) The plastic tape used to hold up the vinyl sheet wallpaper3) Burnt chopsticks (The chopsticks there are black and they all have strange white burn marks on the narrow ends. I think the paint came off.)Unfortunately, we ordered prior to discovering #3 from above. It was too late to back out. So out came the food. The meat was okay but the seafood (shrimp and fish fillet) was awful. All the shrimps had this strange black goo in the head area (note: it was not head fat) and the fish fillets were really mushy after they were cooked (I was 100% sure that the kitchen staff had done something else to the fish besides cutting it). We ended up burying the shrimps in the pot and let the fish fillets cooked down to nothing. With that being said, we ended our dinner much earlier than we really wanted.A couple other things. The bathroom floor was really sticky. Well, at least no one could slip in there! The service, or the lack of it, was really glaring. They used to give customer a big pot of floral infused tea. Last night, we just got a small metal pot of the regular stuff. We were there for about an hour and a half and not once did they come by and check with us on refill. Same thing with the food. We had to track down three different people for some extra veggies (the safest thing to eat there...barely).Should you not heed my advice and go there for food, I hope you at least speak some Mandarin. Apparently, the waiters there don't speak much English. Enough said, this place is not worth your time and money. Now if you would excuse me, I have to call my buddy at the California Department of Public Health to "wish him a Happy New Year" (wink wink).

Hello, I am the homeless guy who came by Spicy Town in Cupertino on Friday. I just wanted to say thank you to you good people. I have been a resident here for 12 years and have patronized Spicy Town on many occasions, and now I know why I feel so comfortable there. I am in dire need right now (not for too much longer, I hope) and you kind folks fed me when I really, badly needed it. When I am right again I will come there often, just to live the gratitude I hold for you. It is people like you which keep me strong, that's why I live here in this community. Under a bridge, but my bridge costs more than your house!! LOL Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I called and they said they have different menu. They don't have duck as lunch special and they don't have the same menu as shown. No. 10 is not pork and lunch special only last 12 items.
